Get to know my story better
My name is Tereza Szabó Neuman, a former professional cyclist and Olympian. Originally from the Czech Republic and currently living in Girona, Spain. I have been involved in sport since I was a little girl, practicing different sports during my childhood, and later focusing on cycling. Throughout my career I competed in both road cycling and mountain biking, gaining experience across different disciplines at the highest level. I am also a 3-time national champion and have raced for several years with UCI World Tour teams.
Sport has shaped not only my career, but also the way I think, work, and understand performance.
Throughout my years in elite cycling, I experienced what it truly takes to perform at the highest level – the discipline, the setbacks, the constant search for progress, and the importance of mental resilience. This journey led me to look beyond training itself and deeply understand the connection between physiology, performance, and the mind.
Today, I work as a cycling coach together with Science to Sport and I am Certificated Mental Performance coach, combining real-world experience with a science-based approach. I focus on helping athletes train with intention, understand their bodies, and build sustainable performance – not just short-term results.
I have completed my studies with QED Group as a Certified Mental Coach and continue to expand my expertise through ongoing education in both mental and performance coaching. Mental training plays a key role for athletes and in daily life — in how we handle pressure and navigate challenges. My approach focuses on developing self-awareness, focus, resilience, and confidence. I work with clients not only on performance itself, but also on understanding their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors — because long-term progress comes from aligning the mind with the body.
My coaching is built on clarity, individual approach, and trust. Whether you are aiming for peak performance or simply want to feel stronger and more in control, I guide you to train smarter, develop mental strength, and unlock your full potential.
